THE RIGHT ORDER

Your people first.

FROM CHANGE OF PLAN TO CHECK-IN

A clear handover.
At every step.

A booking is more than an available room. The dates, permissions, payment and new guest all need to line up.

1

Release the booking

Your travel team, PA or authorised administrator adds the paid booking, its dates and the company that owns it.

Whole stays or approved portions
2

Find the next traveller

Once permissions are checked, eligible colleagues get priority. Approved external audiences can follow.

One controlled allocation
3

Confirm, then travel

The hotel or booking channel confirms the replacement guest. Your team tracks the stay and its final outcome.

Wait for guest-change confirmation

Company rules stay in place

Record the paying entity, delegated authority, permitted recipients and the supplier’s conditions for each booking.

02 / CONTINUITY

Short trips. Longer stays.

Handle a single night or a full multi-night booking. Selected or remaining nights need explicit hotel or channel approval.

03 / CLARITY

Know what value was created

Keep internal avoided spending separate from external cash recovery and platform revenue. Track completed stays, not just listings.

TWO ROUTES. DIFFERENT VALUE.

What could one
unused stay mean?

Explore the difference between using a booking internally and transferring it externally. These figures are illustrations, not quoted prices or promised returns.

POTENTIAL AVOIDED NEW SPENDING

Recipient transfer price€0
Platform booking fee€0
Internal recovery payout€0

Only counts if a necessary new booking is genuinely avoided. Company subscriptions and operating costs are separate.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
pass it on.

Is every non-refundable booking transferable?

No. The hotel, booking channel, rate conditions and company policy determine whether a replacement guest or transfer is allowed. Permission must be established for the specific booking.

What does an internal traveller pay?

For approved business reuse within the corporate group, the recipient pays €0 for the room transfer and €0 in platform booking or transaction fees. There is no internal commission or recovery payout. Any genuine supplier charge needs a separate approved company payer.

Can I pass on more than one night?

Yes. There is no one-night restriction or platform-imposed maximum stay length. Whole multi-night stays are supported. Passing on selected or remaining nights requires explicit approval of the split and the resulting booking arrangements.

Is the 20% recovery guaranteed?

No. It is the objective for a permitted external paid transfer, conditional on the agreed price and costs. Publishing a booking does not itself create a recovery payment.

Who can manage bookings for a company?

A company can delegate the task to its travel team, PA, HR team or travel management company. The product must record that authority and the paying entity; an email address alone does not establish permission.

What is available in this version?

Companies and travellers can sign in to use the protected portal. New company and personal accounts need an access code. Employees join through a company invitation. Transfer permissions and guest confirmation depend on the specific booking. Paid external resale requires separate activation.
